Our pillows are made with high-quality memory foam. Like most new foam products, there might be a slight "fresh foam" scent upon opening. This is non-toxic and harmless. We recommend airing out the pillow in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours 🌬️ before first use, and the scent will disappear.

The outer pillowcase is removable and machine washable (gentle cycle recommended 🧺). However, do not wash the memory foam core, as water can damage the material structure. You can spot-clean the core with a damp cloth if necessary. ✨
📦 My pillow arrived flat/compressed. Is this normal?
Yes! To ensure eco-friendly shipping, we vacuum-seal our pillows. Please allow 24-48 hours for the memory foam to fully expand and return to its original ergonomic shape. Fluffing it gently can help speed up the process. 🎈
💆 Will this pillow cure my neck pain?
Our pillows are designed to support proper spinal alignment and reduce pressure points, which can significantly alleviate neck and shoulder discomfort. However, we cannot guarantee a medical cure for underlying conditions. 🩺

We prioritize fast processing! If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@ergonecka.com within 12 hours ⏰ of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
